Shewman, James (Jim) Benson

Died  December 30th peacefully in his sleep in his 83rd year.

Born January 11th 1941, to his loving parents Mabel and Claude Shewman. Jim Enjoyed the companionship and guidance of his Grandfather Jack, who lived in the same household along with his older brother Bob.

Jim Started his business career in Brampton working for Genesco where he met and married his late wife Marlene (Grumble) in May of 1967, but lost her to cancer in 1996. Jim had many cherished and loving memories of their life together.

On retirement Jim lived in several communities including Bobcaygeon, Fenlon Falls, Waterloo, Ayr and finally settled in Cambridge.

As per Jim’s wishes, he was cremated and there will be no funeral service.

He will rejoin other loved ones who have passed before him and is eager for a long missed hello.
