    Derek,
We will miss your smiling face early in the morning, hunched over your crossword puzzle in your bathrobe, spring, summer, fall and winter.
We will miss the Sunday afternoons sitting on your patio, laughing and talking.
We will miss your sense of humour and your straight arrow view on all things.

    We will miss you.
