SMITH, Tammy Susanne – On Thursday March 17, 2016 at home and surrounded by her loving family, peacefully passed away at the age of 45. Precious daughter of Lucy and Floyd. Sister of Jerry, Linda (Chris) Matthews. Loving aunt to Ashley Smith, Felicity and Trinity Matthews. Granddaughter of Assunta Santangelo. Dearest niece of Sylvia (Rinaldo) DiCesare, Sam (Judy) and Tony Santangelo. Loved by all her cousins, Lucia, Adriana, Susanna and Vittoria DiCesare, Kasondra and Anthony Santangelo. She will be dearly missed by her extended family. As per her wishes cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cancer Clinic of Brantford. Thanks to the CCAC staff and VON nurses for all their help and support taking care of Tammy. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday March 26, 2016 at St. Mary’s Parish Hall (corner of Murray and East Ave) between 1 pm and 4 pm.
