Dear Carolyn; and Ceilidh, Sarah Elizabeth and family; and Cathy; and the whole MacPherson clan of Annie, Mary Dee, Murray, John and Wally,
I think of James with such fondness and warmth. He could always make me laugh. He was a kind and generous spirit, and an old friend. I was shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. My deepest condolences to you all, and all his loved ones. Rest In Peace James – we will miss sharing the earth with you.
James was truly an amazing soul full of life, love, and true happiness we leaves behind a wonderful family including two beautiful strong and amazing daughters. See you on the other side buddy!
Love you always xo
Sorry to have learned of James passing, I knew James from Chomedey many years ago and last saw him at one of the reunions, he still had that great smile and positive personality. The world is a little bit lesser today but I will always remember James from those days gone by, Gord Taylor

James oftentimes said to me, ” none of us get out of here alive.”
James comprehended the miracle of being born, living, and passing on.
James lived his life with a philosophy of CARPE DIEM and LIVE IN THE NOW.
Well done.
I extend my condolences and sympathies to all who are suffering the pain of missing James, and we all know that there are many of us.
Rob
Carolyn, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I only met James once but he was one of
those kind of people you liked immediately. And judging from the outpouring of sympathy
in the messages posted here he truly had the respect of many people. Mind you he had
some clear advantages: a Scottish background and being a Maritimer!
My heartfelt sympathies to you Carolyn, and also to his family and friends.
Thank you to everyone for their kind words and fun memories. He was a wonderful man and I can’t believe he is gone. He will be sorrowly missed. I hope we meet again one day.
Although I did not see you often everytime I did you always had something nice to say. Your boisterous laugh filled the room. You were a kind and thoughtful man and were taken way too soon, but I am sure you will fit in perfectly with the angels, making them smile the same way you did with family and friends while you where here.
So hard to believe that James is gone…..For some form of comfort, I travelled down memory-lane with Cathy, and all those fun times and laughs all those years ago, inwhich James was always at the heart of it, with that great smile/grin and hearty laugh of his. Unfortunately I have not seen James for a while now, but one thing is very clear, I have not forgotten him and never will. I wish that I could have enjoyed sharing one more laugh and moment with him, the way he always made you feel happy, and that the world was not such a bad place, when you were in his company…
My very deepest sympathies to Cathy, Ceilidh, Beth, Carolyn and Family, for your very sad loss.
Sincerely,
Sam

bright seashells on the sand.
The sun goes down, but gentle
warmth still lingers on the land.
The music stops, and yet it echoes
on in sweet refrains…..
For every joy that passes,
something beautiful remains.”
James will always be here
Our deepest sympathy to your family

James will be missed by many people, especially his family. James was a fun loving person who enjoyed everyone’s company. We had our conversations when we got together at family due. The most affecting thing he said to me was about a week before his passing. He said “Wayne I’m really #&%@+* up. I will remember those words because it was the last conversation we had and it heartbreaking.
Deepest sympathies to Carolyn and the family from the McNeils.

It was a shock to learn about James passing, so quickly. He will live on in my memories as the kind gentle soul that he was. His enormous generosity, and special kindness, his wonderful humour, and monster capacity to treat people fair and make them feel loved and cared for. He lived his life with such dignity and compassion for people, friends and family meant the world to him. If you were lucky enough to experience his ability to take you in and help you get on your feet. He was the kind of man that picked you up and carried you when life’s burdens got you. He will be so sadly missed but will be remembered forever for the big man that he was. His ready smile and laugh is etched in my mind. God blessed you James.
Some of my fondest memories as a child were with my Dad, James and my uncle Doug along the shores of Georgian Bay. He had a way to make All those around him laugh. I know the pain that those close to him feel and my thoughts and love are with you. I know that you are rejoined with some wonderful friends and loving family. Rest in peace.
Dear Cathie, Ceilidh, Sarah, Wayne and family,
Our hearts are breaking with yours. We are with you in spirit and our arms are hugging all of you.
Hold on to your memories of James and smile when you think of his chuckle.
Please take good care of each other.
Love, The Charchuk family. xo
Sarah & Family,
My heart aches for you all. I have been lucky enough to had spent some time with your Dad within the year, discussing how we have all grown up so quickly and how happy and proud he was of you, Sarah. I’ll always remember his jokes (which he always laughed at the hardest LOL) and how loving and warm he was to everyone and anyone.
I don’t know how you feel, but I am here to help in anyway I can.
Love,
Hayley & Candise Mather
To my dear friend and ex husband who touched so many lives with your generous love, friendship, laughter and never ending smile. Your time with us has passed way too soon. You will be hugely missed by all who were lucky enough to know you and call you friend. That circle was never ending. Until we meet again, love to you always.
