In Loving Memory of Peter Rainford
1948 – 2025
Peter passed away on December 10, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He leaves behind his other half, the love of his life, Adella whom he had been married to for 52 years.
He was a devoted Dad to Peter (Denise) and Norman (Taryn). He was a beloved Grandpa to Megan, Jakob, Ethan, Eric, Kristen, Kylie and Evan.
Peter is survived by his brothers Peter Morris and John Morris.
Predeceased by his parents Elizabeth Rainford/Morris and William Rainford.
Peter will be greatly missed by many extended family, friends, and his dog Stewie.
Peter was born in England in 1948 and had a great sense of humour and always appreciated a joke. He loved fishing and shared that love with the generations that came after him.
As per Peter’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place in the new year.

In honour of Peter Rainford, the Rainford family would like to invite you to a Celebration of Life, to be held on Sunday, January 18, 2026 from 1:00-4:00pm at the Dunsdon Branch of the Royal Canadian Legion at 9 Tollgate Road in Brantford, Ontario.
