Anna Zakrzewski
December 24,1936 – September 24,2019

It is with broken hearts we announce the sudden passing of our precious mom and beloved wife Anna
Theresa Zakrzewski on Tuesday September 24,2019 at CMH.
Survived by her loving husband of 55 years John and her two sons Wesley (Deborah) and Richard who
miss her tremendously. Family was the most important thing to mom and her love showed there are no
boundaries. Anna immigrated from Poland in 1958 and soon after met the love of her life John. They
married in November of 1964 and defined the love of marriage for 55 wonderful years.
Mom always had a smile and kind word for anyone she met and the loss of such an incredible person is a
massive void in our hearts. Ciocia will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews in Canada, the
USA, Poland and especially by her sister in law Lola. Mom was loved by anyone who had the privilege of
knowing her and was a friend and confidante to many. Love you forever…
In keeping with moms wishes, there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place and a funeral mass
will take place at St. Clement’s Catholic Church, 745 Duke St. Cambridge, on Saturday Oct 5 at 10:00 am.
Reception to follow the service at the church lower level.

    Dear Zakrzewski family.
I am sending heart felt thoughts to heal the pain you feel. That pain may never leave but in time it will be over shadowed by precious memories that live forever.
I remember her rich deep voice and beautiful smile, her sense of humour and her laugh.
She shines down on you now keeping watch, keeping you safe. Her love for all of you is there between the rays of the sun, in the brightness of the full moon, in the passing scent of flowers on a mid summers day.
She waits for you in peace. She knows we will all meet again in God’s rose garden. Her Love never dies.
    Blessings to you all
