Taken home by her Heavenly Father on the morning of September 27th 2019 from the Brantford General Hospital at the age of 85.
Beloved wife of the late Gerrit Verschoor. Daughter of the late Leendert and Maartje VanHolst. Dear Mother of Margie VandenBerg(Gerry),Nellie Morissette(Dennis), Betty Cunnington(Keith), Darlene Montani(Randy), Leo Verschoor, Grace Safko(Mike), and the late Gary Verschoor. A loving Oma to 22 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandson.
Sister of Toni Verboon(the late Bill), Francina VanLeeuwen(Guy), Bert VanHolst(Jane), Art VanHolst(Sally), the late Jack VanHolst(Jean),and the late Leo VanHolst(Della). Surviving brother in-law’s in Holland Hans Verschoor(Coby), and Maarten Verschoor. She will be missed by many family and friends in Canada and Holland.
Her life was lived as a reflection of her love of God and her strong and unwavering faith! Romans 8:28.
In kindness to long distance relatives the burial and celebration of life will be delayed until the spring of 2020.
