TRAN, Ngoc Van – Our family has lost one of its pillars. After a brief but stoic battle with lung cancer, Tran Van Ngoc , loving husband to Be Tran, and father to Lara (Mike) and Tara (James), passed away suddenly on September 17, 2018 in his 76th year surrounded by family. He will also be remembered by his adopted family (Rene Elliott and family) and many dear friends and neighbours. Ngoc immigrated to Brantford in 1979 and lived a fulfilling life, where he enjoyed gardening, walking the dogs Benji and Callie, and travelling. He will always be remembered by his constant smile, hardworking nature, and generosity. In honouring Ngoc’s wishes, a private cremation has taken place. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations in Ngoc’s name can be made to the Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) Foundation or the Ontario Lung Association.
