“No work for me today, my name is in the paper”
Hi Shirley. I am so sorry about the passing of Wayne. He tuned our piano every year for many, many years – except for last year when I forgot to call him and the piano did not get tuned. I was going to call today and was shocked to learn of his passing. The last time Wayne came over was in April 2017 when he left his business card inside our piano . . . where I think I will leave it. The conversations I had with Wayne over the years have mostly been brief but I still remember many of them – just like music that lingers. He did his work well and I think he enjoyed it. I hope your memories of him comfort you, your children and grandchildren.
