In loving Memory of Sharon Elaine Barrowcliffe

December 17, 1958 – January 4, 2026

After a battle with cancer, Sharon Elaine Barrowcliffe (nee Gore), passed away in the early morning on Sunday, January 4th. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, who will be greatly missed.

Born December 17, 1958 in Hamilton to parents, Thelma and Dawn, Sharon moved to Sunridge and later, South River, where she raised her children. After moving to Brantford, she loved spending time with her family, friends and especially her dog, Jaxon. Preceded in death by her brothers, Michael (Ann) and Christopher (Christabell). Survived by her loving husband, Rick Barrowcliffe; sons, Jason, Kyle (Christine) and Dean (Charlene); daughter, Leslie; grandchildren, Caitlyn, Remi, Jack, Elora, Lilian, Kendra, Kaylee, Darwin, Michelle, Corie, Dean-Jr.; great-grandchildren, Cody-Lynn, Charlene, Ezra, Asher, Corbin and Cameron; brother, Ricky (Pam) and sister, Kim (Paul) and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the Juravinski Hospital staff for their care and support. A celebration of Sharon’s life will be held later this year. Her legacy will love on through her children and grandchildren and through all the lives she touched.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and we will hold our love for her in our hearts forever.
