In Loving Memory of Rosalie Ann Basden

Rosalie Ann Basden(nee Mackinnon)

Passed away peacefully at home after a lengthly illness, on the evening of November 23, 2025, at the age of 70. She will be deeply missed and is survived by her children, Lori Sharpe (Chris) and Jill Latty (Chris). Dear sister to Ruth Mackinnon, her brothers, Dennis, David, George, Eugene and Stephen (Mackinnon.). Her much loved grandchildren, Lauren, Ashbaugh (Andrew), Taylor Sharpe (Cody) and Kate Latty. She is predeceased by her parents, John Mackinnon and Anita Cuvelier. She will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Rose was loved by everyone that knew her and loved her. She will be remembered for her warm heart. She was always loving, kind, caring and smiling. In her spare time, she enjoyed crafting with her grandchildren, including, painting, crocheting – anything DIY and had a love for doll-making.

Heaven has gained the sweetest angel. Until we meet again, Mum.

Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held in her honour, at a later date.
