In Loving Memory of Norman Albert Nock

On Sunday, November 23, 2025, with the good lord beckoning, Norman Albert Nock, at age 74, journeyed to his final eternal fishing destination, with loving family by his side. Norman ventured into the great heavenly outdoors to the perfect fishing spot, surrounded by majestic mountains, tall trees and abundant wildlife.
Norman’s many stories and adventures will be thoughtfully passed on by his loving and devoted wife Cheryl (Tuck) his half of her whole; his loving and supportive son Tim; his special and passionate daughter Tasha; Norman passed along his passion for the outdoors and his many skills to his deeply loved grandchildren – Hailey, Michael, and Olivia. Loving dad to Keri and Candice (David) and dear grandfather to Shara. Special adoptive grandfather to Cheyanne and Alyssa. Survived by his mother Florence Edwards and siblings Ted, Cathy, Lisa and Chris; also numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and extended family. Norman was predeceased by his father Albert, grandparents and aunts and uncles.
Norman’s hunting group were his best buddies. He will be deeply missed at the hunt club. We are certain in the future, Norman will guide the big game to them all – only their aim will determine their success. Norman left this life on his own terms and schedule. He will be lovingly remembered by a large family and many friends. Known for his quiet and thoughtful demeanor, Norman loved a good joke; treasured his family time be it hunting, fishing, playing cards or going for dinner – these all made a great difference in his life, and gave him strength and great peace. Norman knew he was loved and that’s all anyone could ask for.
Special thanks to the Juravinski Cancer Centre and Hospital and Dr. Lepic and staff: the Brantford General Hospital CCU and nursing staff.
As per Norman’s wishes, he has been cremated and his celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 14th at the Polish hall on 154 Pearl St. Brantford, ON from 12pm to 2pm.
