The family is sad to announce the passing of Matthew Ryan Burt, who peacefully passed at home on January 1st, 2026, in his 38th year.
He is survived by his mother, Judy (Vince), father, Brian, brother, Nicholas (Sasha), and nephew, Sebastian.
Predeceased by his step-father, Scott, siblings, Tabitha, Bradley, Catherine and all grandparents.
Matt will be greatly missed by all.
A celebration of life will be held at Knights of Columbus – 12 Catherine Avenue in Brantford on Saturday, January 24th, 2026 from 1:00-4:00pm.
R.I.P Matty. I’m gonna miss you driving me in the cab. Miss you my buddy.
