In Loving Memory of Raymond Mann

Our family is sad to announce the passing of our beloved Dad, Raymond Mann, on January 7th, 2026, peacefully at the age of 90. Ray was predeceased by his wife, Anne Mann, who he lovingly cared for at home in the last 4 years of her life, until her passing in August 2025, after 68 years of marriage. Son of the late Elsie and Raymond Mann. Ray was predeceased by 14 brothers and sisters. This sadly closes out a generation in the family tree. Father to Kristie Bradey, Shayne Mann (Kathy Ruston), Trent Mann (Pam Kaartinen), Keri Korfmann (Bernie) and Craig Mann (Marie Fanjoy). He was a devoted grandfather to Taylor, Emily (deceased), Alec, Lukas, Connor, Hilary, Katie, Ellen, Eric, Jasper, Tucker and Badger. Great-grandfather to Emmeline, Paisley, Margot and Owen. Nothing brought Ray more joy than his family, especially the young children. The grandchildren have great memories of Ray’s homemade swing in the basement at so many family gatherings.

Ray was a maintenance electrician by trade and worked hard through his life to provide the very best that he could for his family. Dad always focused on the good in people and he made friends wherever he went. People were drawn to his warmth, sense of humour and his positive outlook. He enjoyed following Anne around on their travels, spending winters for a few years in Florida, playing the guitar and most of all, spending time with his family.

Mom and Dad are both gone now but they leave us all with so many amazing memories. We carry them with us in our memories and in our hearts.

If wished, memorial donations can be made to the Stedman Hospice (St. Joseph’s Lifecare Centre), in memory of Ray. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will take place at a later date.

Our deepest condolences to you and your family. Ray was such a special person and family man, and so connected and committed to Anne. He was so very proud of his children and how fortunate he was to be such an influence in the lives of his grandchildren and experience memories with his great grandchildren. My family is truly honoured and Blessed to have had the opportunity to get to know Ray and also spend so much family time with both Ray and Anne. Thinking of you all. ❤️
