Bell, Leonard Mark

In Loving Memory of

Leonard Mark Bell

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Leonard Mark Bell on October 12, 2025 in Hamilton, Ontario at the age of 64.

Born on October 13, 1960 in Hamilton to Bill and Jackie, Leonard was a beloved son, brother, partner, father, grandfather, cousin and friend. He lived a life marked by kindness, compassion and hard work.

Leonard will be deeply missed by his partner, Karen, his son Jamie, and all of his beloved grandchildren. He was a devoted sibling to many brothers and sisters and will also be fondly remembered by his cousins, extended family, close friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Throughout his life, Leonard was a beacon of perseverance and was known to always lend a helping hand – to friends, family and even strangers. He loved hockey and was an avid Detriot Redwings fan. Always active, he played hockey in his youth as well as enjoyed roller skating. He spent much of his time playing his beloved dogs and was an animal-lover his whole life. Whether through his work, his passions, or his quiet gestures, he left a meaningful mark on many lives.

Cremation has taken place.

A celebration of life for Leonard will take place, with details to be announced.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hamilton SPCA in Leonard’s memory.

He will be remembered for his strength and generosity, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

Chow for now, never goodbye.
