George Alexander Ford

George Alexander Ford passed away at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Thursday, December 30, 2021 in his 78th year. A lifelong resident of Cambridge is predeceased by his parents Walter and Clara Ford and brother-in-law Brian Gadd. He will be sadly missed by his beloved sister Florence Gadd of Cambridge, his nephews Walter Gadd (Cynthia) of Cambridge, Dennis Gadd (Marian) of Listowel, his great niece Jessica and great nephews Bryan and Connor. George had been employed with Weber Supply Company Inc. for over 20 years prior to retirement. He was a member of the Salvation Army and will be missed by The Capables, Young At Heart and many other friends.Cremation has taken place and due to covid, there will not be a funeral. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Salvation Army’s Building Fund and/or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
