MALLEN, Alan

At the Stedman Hospice, Brantford Ontario, after a long battle with cancer, on October 25, 2018 in his 81st year. Alan leaves behind his love, Carole Desborough, who he has cherished for 10 years. Also grieving for Alan are his two sons Keith and Paul Mallen and his wife Julie Mallen. Alan will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Brayden, Laurissa, Julia and Samantha Mallen. They adored their “Grampa” and have missed him during his illness and will miss him throughout their lives. Alan will leave all of us with a memory of a strong man who loved his family, cared for them and helped raise them. We can all say we are better people because we were raised and nurtured by a great man. We will all miss him terribly and our lives will not be the same without him. A “Celebration of Life” will be held at 20 Davidson Court, Brantford Ontario (home of Paul Mallen) on November 4th, 2018 from 1pm to 5pm. All friends and family are welcome to attend.
