Dear family and friends of John Mcintyre,
We are volunteers in the community and we would like to express our deepest sympathies for the loss of John.
Death is an enemy that no one wishes to experience but please find comfort in knowing that this is not what our creator intended for us. We want to live, and we want to enjoy life with those we love. It is only natural that we yearn to see our dead loved ones again.
The Bible teaches that most people who have died will be resurrected. Jesus promised that “those in the memorial tombs will…come out”. In harmony with God’s original purpose, those resurrected as humans will have the opportunity to live on a paradise earth. (Luke 23: 43) This promised future includes life for obedient humans. The Bible says: The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it.” –Psalms 37:29
Other scripture regarding this lovely promise includes: Job 14:14, 15; Luke 7:11-17; and Acts 24:15
As you look back on the memories you’ve shared with John, please know that the hope that the Bible promises are REAL. We are happy to share the following two short videos in the links below with you. It provides further understanding on why Jesus died for us and the wonderful hope we have of seeing our loved ones in the resurrection. We hope you enjoy them and if you have any further questions or need more answers from the bible please visit our website at https://www.jw.org/en/
