Marija (Marissa) Cavlovic was a beacon of joy and love, cherished as a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and a loyal friend to many. Her personality was effervescent, characterized by a vibrant laugh and a smile that could light up a room. A seasoned traveller and devoted travel agent, Marija spread her warmth and wisdom across the globe.

Marija loved cooking! She believed in the power of food to unite people. Her kitchen was a place of abundance and fun, where no one left hungry and every meal was a delicious testament to her passion. She was the heart of every holiday celebration, infusing them with her festive spirit and creative nature.

Marija found peace and solace at her beloved cottage on Lake Simcoe. This sanctuary was a haven for her, a place where she felt home amongst her beautiful garden of vegetables, flowers, buzzing bees, and towering trees. Alongside her, always, was her trusted dog, Kahlua, who accompanied her on many adventures. Marija was full of life – you could feel it when she danced and sang, spreading joy and love all around.

Her legacy is rich with memories captured in photographs, melodies, heartfelt conversations, and the everyday reminders of her presence. Marija’s dedication to her family was unwavering.
