WHITEMAN, Susan Ruth – it is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of
Sue Whiteman on April 13, 2023 in her 72nd year. Predeceased by her brother Mel, son Allan
and grandson Austin. She is going to be greatly missed by her loving daughter Judy (Brent)
She was affectionately called nana by grandchildren Dylan (Sarah) &; Eliza – Codi – Faith &;
Amelia, Rosemary, Ryder.
Sue was known for helping anyone in need, she loved her family game nights (cheating with
her Grandson Dylan), she loved spoiling her great grandchildren, she loved laughter, her
friends and gardening. Christmas was her favourite holiday she planned all year for that one
day. Sue touched the lives of so many, she will forever be missed by all who had the pleasure
to know her.
Sue was employed by numerous places she had loved – Woodstock Toyota, Simcoe Royal
Canadian Legion Branch 90, Norwich Shell Gas Station.
A Celebration of Life will be held for friends and family to share some stories and laughs
about our wonderful Susan (Suzy-Q) on Saturday May 20, 2023 from 1 pm-4 pm
at Mount Pleasant Community Center (711 Mt Pleasant Road, Mount Pleasant, Ontario).
She has been cremated at her request and any donations be donated to
