Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Friday, December 1st, 2023 at the age 70. Beloved husband of Linda for 37 years.
Loving father of Justin (Amanda). Cherished grandfather of Brayden and Jasen.
Dear brother of Keith (Gerry), Cheryl (Reg), and Laurie.
He will also be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, and the entire extended Skoretz family.
Merle was predeceased by his parents Edgar and Vivian, his sister Bonnie (Kevin) and his brother Merton.
As per Merle’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal Service.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Merle can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
Uncle Merle, we’ll miss your jokes and laughter that came with every family gathering that always had us kids giggling.
