Dale took a chance on me, and taught me a lot. I would not be where I am today if it weren’t for him. He was a boss who truly made you, and the entire team, feel like family rather than colleagues.

Rest in peace good sir. My deepest condolences.

Words will never be enough. Dale made an impression on everyone he met. Everyone that met him could call him ‘friend’.

He was an incredibly patient and caring teacher to everyone that worked with him, always finding ways to put a positive spin on anything and focus on solutions rather than the problem. Everything he did was an inspiration to his family, whether related by blood, friend or co-worker, thank you for making a difference in all our lives. We’ll continue to live ours right because of how you’ve taught us when you were with us.

Working with Dale was a pleasure. My fondest memory of Dale has to be our team conversations at lunch time, and everytime Dale would bring one of Tamara’s Amazing cakes to light up our days. Sending deepest condolences to the family and friends.
