Peacefully on September 12, 2013, with his loving wife , best friend and soul mate, Joanne Heatherton at his side, as well as family and friends. Beloved son of Florence Camelford and the late Walter Taylor. Dear father of Tracy Taylor and Brandi Jo Howard. Proud Grandpa of Adam, Matthew, Tina, Farren, Sarah, Jessica, Trevor and Jennifer. Great Grandpa of Cadence and Madison. Survived by his brother Ron. Pete was a lifetime member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 142, Dunnville. Pete served Canada proudly in the Royal Canadian Navy. A celebration of his life will be held at the Legion, 305 Queen St. ,Dunnville, on Saturday September 28, 2013 from 1-4 P.M.

Very sorry to hear of Peters passing. I used to call on Peter for years at the I.G.A, when I worked for Shopsy’s Foods. Great guy, with a great heart. He would always bring a big crew to my golf tournament. He and his pals helped raise alot of money for terminally ill children down in the Niagara area. I understand he and his pals used my format to do the same in Dunnville for years later, that’s the kind of guy he was. He’ll be missed by many
