I was extremely saddened to see the news this afternoon. When you get bad news like this you really never feel the same. My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected by my papas passing and I hope he touched your lives in a positive way.

To whoever reads this, may it be Mary, my aunts and uncles, or even my dad, I am so sorry for your loss. I love you all even if I haven’t been around and I hope you can push forward in high spirits.

For some reason every time I have the green coleslaw I always think of my papa. My favourite colour has always been green and I have a fond memory of him getting me to try coleslaw as a little boy. The only reason I tried it was because the colour and I’ve like it ever since.

I also remember EVERY time my brother Jordan and I saw him he would always give us some change to go to the store. We were always so excited to see him because we knew it meant we would shortly be getting a trip to the store when he came over. I would love to visit Rick’s right now but unfortunately it’s no longer open.

I love you Papa. You will be greatly missed!

    Sincerely, Christian Stevenson
