Soares, Gil Francisco

It’s with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Gil, on Thursday, April 2/2020, at the age of 66.

Forever loved and remembered by his wife Maria of 43 years and their children, Sandra (Martin), Katelyn (Josh), Victor, Timmy (Lucy), Hulio (Theresa), Paul (Ellie). He will also be greatly missed by all his grandchildren.

Gil was born in Portugal on January 4/1954. He and Maria began dating in high school,  got married on August 20/1977, had 4 children, re-located to Canada, and welcomed their last baby boy in 1989.

Gil at times could be a man of few words, but he never failed to show those he loved how brave and incredibly strong he was. Always putting his family and loved ones first. A dedicated man that loved his job, and was proud to share in his successes. In his downtime he spent most evenings after work listening to music and working on creative projects in his work shop. Cremation has taken place as per Gil’s wishes and a celebration of life will take place in the near future.

My sincere condolences to the family Soares for the lost of your beloved father Gill Francisco, sharing this message from the Bible where our God Jehovah promised a resurrection for our dear ones. John 6:39,40, and give everlasting life here on the earth in a renewed paradise Psalms 37:11,29, while we wait for these blessings in a near future that the peace of God be with the family.
