My most extraordinary memory of Mr. Pisani is watching him during Cristina’s recent performance in Don Giovanni, Toronto; you could feel the weight of his smile each time Cristina came on stage. The quality that resonates most with me about Mr. and Mrs. Pisani is how they showed unconditional support and love for Cristina and Armaghan through their entire relationship; particularly during their courtship. Kind and Loving are words I see throughout notes about Mr. Pisani and heard in the beautiful speech at the visitation. I would like to add -enthusiastic- as he describes his many passions. As a dear friend of Cristina, I’ve introduced many of my friends to her family over the years who were always greeted genuinely and warmly by Mr. and Mrs. Pisani. Thanks for the conversation and always sharing red wine with me at the table.
