    Remembering Paul
Paul was a man who cherished close family relationships, and he loved those family members dearly.
He took his family responsibilities, seriously and loved life thoroughly!
My recent memories of Paul, include seeing him in August of this year, with his party hat on at Dylan’s graduation party… Always the good sport and bowling very well!!!
I also remember him during the summer camping, having so much fun with his family, sunbathing and stargazing at night, even helping Sasha to paddle the canoe to the island.
He loved to walk and was quick to see and identify the song birds… He was always eager to help with work projects around the house, and he would watch programs on woodworking with great interest, often saying ‘that’s cool’
He took his place as head of his family seriously, and was highly respected for that in his household.
I remember the glint in his eye when Sasha’s name was raised, and the mention of his children would bring a warm look of love to his face.
Paul found comfort thinking about a time when all suffering and pain will be things of the past and Acts 24:15 says ‘there is going to be a resurrection’
I look forward to that time.
