Eldon “Butch” Nixon
It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of Eldon (Butch) Nixon on November 1, 2024 at the
age of 76.
He leaves behind his loving wife Judy of 25 years, his son Leigh Roy, youngest stepdaughter Victoria who
he helped raise, his stepdaughters Christine & Krystal along with his grandchildren Athena & Tyra.
He will be missed by his siblings Chris (Wendy), Melanie & Glen (Paula).
Eldon was a loving, kind & giving husband who cherished family. He was a loyal & dedicated employee
of Canadian Tire Upper James as Garage Shop Foreman until he retired.
The Celebration of Life will be held on Sat November 16, 2024 at Church on the Rock 2149 Upper James
St Hamilton from 11am-2pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Church on the Rock (Hamilton) in Eldon’s memory.
May he rest in peace, until we meet again.
