Lily “Gene” McInnis passed away peacefully at Stedman’s Hospice in Brantford on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, in her 81st year, after a courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by her parents Harry and Rhoda Harrison and her brother Donald. Loving mother of Kevin (Cheryl) of Brantford and Sherry (Pat) Rowland of London. Cherished grandmother of Katie, Ryan, Lyndsey, Kyle, Hailey and Aaron. Loving great-grandmother of Christopher, Kendrick, April, Lily, Avery and Paige. She will also be missed by family, friends and the O’Shea family.
Many thanks to all the staff and volunteers at Stedman’s Hospice as well as the VON.
As per Gene’s request, cremation has taken place. Burial with her parents in Waterford, Ontario and a gathering will be held in Brantford at a later date.
She was a beautiful soul, it was a privilege to be a part of her life. Love you Gene ♥️
