(Member of Local 853 Sprinkler Fitters of Ontario for 43 years) After a long illness on March 6 2013 at his home surrounded by his loving family and dogs at the age of 63 years. Cherished husband and best friend of Susan. Devoted father of Meredith (Dan), Laura & Robert. Proud Papa of Katie & Gavin James. Dedicated and caring Son of Marion (Warren). Dearly remembered by his brother Trevor. Pre deceased by his Father Ted (2001). A funeral service will be held on Saturday March 9, 2013 at St. Johns Dixie Church, 719 Dundas St. (Dundas & Cawthra) in Mississauga at 2 p.m. Special thanks to Dr. Sol Stern for his care and compassion.

Hey Dad,
I just wanted to let you know you were a great dad and I miss so much. I so very thankful that I had you as my dad. I have so many awesome memories of you and me that I will never forget. Thank you for always being there no matter the situation, I could always count on you. All the times you drove to work or up to Brampton. You were also a great poppa to Katie. Always taking her to the Lake and the splash pad. Remember when the women at the park thought you were Katie’s daddy cause that’s what we both calling you. Or when Katie would run after the geese and then they stopped and starting running after her. I remember when we drove Laura to Rockwood and we got lost and someone forgot to bring a diaper for Katie. I have so many funny stories that I will tell Gavin when he’s older. I will make sure Gavin knows what an awesome daddy and poppa you were and I’m sure Katie will tell him too.
I’m sorry you had to suffer so long but now your free with no pain. Take care daddy. I love you and I will see you one day:)
