1946 – 2025
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Nelson Welton Bartholomew (Gabriel), age 79, on December 24, 2025 at St. Joseph’s Health Centre.
Nelson Bartholomew was born on September 16, 1946 in Trinidad and Tobago.
He is survived by Spouse Merlyn.
Children: Sharon, Jason, Camisha, Mechelle, Shannon.
Grandchildren: Shrya, Justin, Nyron, Shianne, Lisa, Zakaya, Nahzia, Royal.
Great-grandchildren- Jael, Latifah, Skyla, and Jamel.
Siblings: Cora, Cynthia, Patrick, Julie, Joy, Marilyn, and predeceased by Joan, Patrica, Claudia, and Christopher.
The family will be holding a public service on January 09, 2026 @10AM, at St. John’s Dixie Cemetery and Cremation, located at 737 Dundas St E, Mississauga, Ontario L4Y 2B5.
A gathering will take place at 17 Barberry Place 3rd Floor Party room for those who would like to celebrate his life.
