It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of George Alvan Beemer, who passed away surrounded by his loving family on August 16, 2026 at his home in Brantford at the age of 77.
Beloved husband of Cathy Beemer for 51 years. Loving father of Dale (Melissa) Beemer. Proud grandfather of Heaven, Stephanie and Hannah. Dear brother to Fred Robins. Cherished uncle to Freddy (Tiffany) Robins, Robbie Robins and Theresa (Dan) Paton. Beloved friend to David Gibson.
He was predeceased by his brother John Beemer and brother Robert Robins.
In his spare time, George enjoyed listening to Johnny Cash and spending time with his grandchildren.
He will be remembered for his sense of humour, kindness, generosity, storytelling and devotion to his family.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A gathering will be held at a later date.
