In Loving Memory of David Wayne Vincent
December 28, 1954 – August 5, 2026
It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of David Wayne Vincent on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at the age of 71. Surrounded by the warmth and love of his devoted wife and family at Brantford General Hospital, the love of Caroline’s life, and his family’s hero, peacefully embarked on his next journey.
David was the cherished husband and lifelong partner of Caroline Vincent. He was a deeply devoted father to his daughter Tanya (Dennis) Skinner, and his sons David (Stacey) Vincent, Kevin (Maureen) Vincent, Michael (Candace) Fisher, and Christopher Fisher. He was the proud, loving Grandpa to 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, all of whom brought immense joy to his life.
A man of many passions, David was well known for his lifelong love of trucks, cars, and all things mechanical. He was a true foodie at heart who cherished every adventure traveling with Caroline to discover new places to eat. Above all, David will be remembered for his quick wit, infectious humour, and a laughter that could light up any room.
Yet, his true legacy lies in his heart. The cornerstone of David’s life was his unconditional love for his beloved wife, Caroline, his steadfast devotion to his children, and the pride and joy he felt in watching his grandchildren grow.
As David walks his new journey, we find comfort in knowing he can finally take the biggest, fullest breath ever, take in the breathtaking view ahead, and say with a smile, “Now that’s what I’m talking about.”
He will be forever missed, eternally loved, and never forgotten.
