In Loving Memory of David Robert Culver
It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Dad on September 22, 2026, at the age of 66, after a courageous five-year battle with cancer.
Dad was a devoted father to Shawn, Charlene, and Andrea, and a loving stepfather to Christian. He was a very proud Papa to Emma, Bobby, Ava, Taliyah, Kai, Titus and Sebastian, and a loving great-grandfather to Vala. He will be deeply missed by all of his family, friends, and everyone whose life he touched.
Dad worked hard his entire life. He was someone who believed in putting in the effort, providing for his family, and making the most of life. No matter what challenges came his way, he kept going with strength and determination.
One of Dad’s greatest passions was fishing. It brought him a sense of peace and happiness, and it was a place where he could simply enjoy life. Along the way, fishing brought many wonderful friendships into his life and gave him countless memories that will be cherished forever.
Dad also loved Las Vegas—the excitement, the memories, and the many good times shared there. He knew how to enjoy the moments that mattered and create stories that his family and friends will continue to tell.
Family meant everything to Dad. Some of our most treasured memories are the holidays spent together, family cruises, and the unforgettable Disney trip with his grandchildren. These memories will become even more precious as the years go by.
After five years of battling cancer, Dad fought with incredible strength and courage. His journey was not an easy one, but through it all, he continued to leave an impact on the people around him. His kindness, humor, friendships, hard work, and love for his family will be remembered by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
We find comfort in knowing that Dad is now reunited with Donna, the love of his life, and that they are together again.
Dad, you were loved more than words can say and will be missed more than we could ever express. Your memory will live on through your children, grandchildren, great-granddaughter, family, friends, and all the lives you touched along the way.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, with details to be shared with family and friends.

Dad,
You were the strongest person I’ve ever known, and I know how hard you fought these past five years. I only wish we had more time.
I’m so thankful we got to spend these final weeks talking about life, sharing memories, and simply being together. I’ll cherish those conversations forever. I’m also so grateful you got to meet your grandson, Kai.
Thank you for everything you did for me and for our family. You will live on in our hearts every day. Until we meet again.
