Megan “Meg” Daniels (née Williams) passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at the age of 87. Beloved wife to the late Irwin “Wyn” David Daniels. Cherished mother of Stuart (Peninah). She will be missed by her 3 grandchildren; Jasmine, Matteo, and Lexie, as well as her brother in Wales, John.
Meg was born in Ystradgynlais, South Wales on October 25, 1938. She met the love of her life, Wyn, when she was sixteen years old, and they were married on March 21, 1959. They remained married for 55 years until Wyn passed away on March 7, 2014. Meg and Wyn immigrated to Canada in 1966, where she worked at the Niagara Falls Review in the circulation department for many years.
Meg loved spending time with her grandchildren. She had a very fun-loving personality and enjoyed cooking, entertaining and traveling. She will be forever loved and missed by her family and many friends.

In keeping with Megan’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service to celebrate Meg’s life will be held at Southminster United Church, 6801 Hagar Avenue, Niagara Falls on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at 1pm.
