I had no idea Sally had passed. Today is her birthday and I had not been able to contact her.

I met her in Chemo Daycare @ Princess Margaret & was in contact w/her periodically after we moved back to the USA.

She was a special friend to Dowell & I. Think I have a couple pics. of us @ the hospital.

My sincere condolences in your loss. She was a wonderful person & was so very kind to me.

Rest in peace, dear friend. You were one of the kindest souls on earth. The world would be a better place if there were more people like you. I’ll miss your sweet nature, and your big smile. I pray that you’re free from suffering now, and are at peace.

My heart breaks for Auntie Phyl and family. May your memories of Dodie comfort you. I remember as children playing on Golden Avenue together, walking to school together, going to church together. Sitting in Auntie Phyl’s kitchen, yaking all afternoon over pots of coffee. Wondeful memories to cherish.

    All my Love, Barbie.

I worked with Doris at Watson Wyatt and she also took care of my dog. Doris was always cheerful and helpful. However, what amazed me was her attitude as she was going through her treatments. She stayed positive and cheerful, and continued to laugh and enjoy life. We need more Doris’s in this world. Your family should be very proud of you. I will miss you Doris. Lydia

I had the pleasure to know Doris through work at Watson Wyatt – she was always so happy and in good spirits that is was practically contagious. When she wasn’t around the office, she was definitely missed. When I think of Doris, she will always remind me to keep smiling. My deepest sympathies to family and friends.

God of power and mercy you have made death itself the gateway to eternal life. Look with love on our dying sister and make her one with your son in his suffering and death, that, sealed with the blood of Christ, she may come before you free of sin. Amen
