August 22, 2025 | 2 Condolences

With heavy hearts, we share that Kathleen “Kay” Brennan passed away peacefully, surrounded by love, at the Brantford General Hospital on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at the age of 92. She left this world with the same grace and dignity that she carried throughout her life.
Kay was predeceased by her beloved sisters Minnie (Jim), Viola (Ivan), Dorothy (Frank), Betty, and Marjory, as well as her brothers Cliff, Roy, Warren, and Keith. She now joins them, along with her dear daughter Kelly “Pebbles” Wilcox, and grandson Frankie. She leaves behind her cherished sister Ruth (Ralph), who will miss her dearly.
Kay was a devoted mother to Debbie Wilcox and Scott Wilcox (Michelle). She was the proud grandmother of Dic Attwell and Steven (Jenn) Attwell, and an adoring great-grandmother to Owen (Katrina), Haydn, Maranda, and Riley. She was also blessed to be a great-great-grandmother to Vincent, Ollie, Lillith, and Audrey Ann.
Family was at the heart of Kay’s life. She poured her love into her cooking and baking, creating countless warm memories around her table. Known for her quiet strength, generous spirit, and unwavering love, Kay touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will treasure her memory.
The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to the caring staff at Parkview Retirement Home and the Palliative Care unit at Brantford General Hospital for their compassion and kindness.
Kay will be missed more than words can express, but her love and warmth will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
A private celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
