My mum and I met Mrs. Bell when I was just five years old and David and I were going to the same speech therapist. She was an important part of my childhood. Even though I haven’t actually seen her in many years my mum (Marjorie Bond) kept me up to date on all the family’s goings-on and of the many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who Mrs. Bell was so proud of. I’m so sorry to hear of her passing and send my condolences to the entire family.
I will always remember those happy moments at the Mississauga YMCA.
Eleanor always have a smile for everyone at the Membership Desk We will miss those moments and for me personally, I will treasure the friendship.
My sincere condolence and take care Andy.
My thoughts are with you Andy at this time, I last talked to you both at Mom’s funeral in Rosemont. Eleanor & Mom (Ruth Swaffield) were very good friends growing up in Hockley. They will have a lot of catching up to do. Take care Andy!
We all got to know Eleanor while she was a member at the Mississauga YMCA. She was an absolute dear and we always looked forward to seeing her come in.
Our thoughts are with you and your family at this time.
