With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Danny Albers in his 56th year on October 10, 2025, after a courageous 2 year journey with brain cancer.
Danny leaves behind his wife, Lisa, 2 stepchildren, Jasmine and Justin, his mom, Dianne Albers and his brother, Jerry Albers (wife Giselle, nephew Brian and niece Gabriela). Danny was predeceased by his father George Albers. He also leaves behind many close extended family and friends.
He was a man of strength in every sense – physically as a dedicated powerlifter and spiritually as someone who faced his illness with unwavering determination and grace. Through his YouTube channel, he shared not only his passion for educating others but also his authentic self – motivating and inspiring those who followed his journey.
To his wife, he was a partner and a protector, to his stepchildren, a steady presence and a source of strength; to his mother and brother, a cherished son and sibling who will never be forgotten. His resilience, humour and warmth touched everyone who knew him – online and in person.
Though his time with us was far too short, the impact he made will live on in the lives he changed, the family he loved fiercely and the community he built. He was truly one of a kind. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to his doctor Dr. Jordan Lafranier, nurses and entire medical team at St. Peters Hospital who cared for Danny with such dedication and compassion. We thank them for their support, kindness and gentleness during such a difficult time. Your care meant the world to us.

My brother will be missed by his family everyday. His strength, endurance during his fight with cancer was simply extraordinary. My brother told me just before he passed that if he hopes anyone who reads his obituary make a donation the Terry Fox Foundation.

Danny was a gentleman who deeply loved, life, laughter, and love. We who were touched by his spirited life return him to You, our most gracious God. Let him live. Let him laugh.
