VAN DYK, Lorraine Ruth – It is with a saddened heart that we announce the passing of Lorraine Ruth Van Dyk at the Brantford General Hospital on July 6, 2017 in her 76th year. Lorraine was the loving wife, partner and best friend of Henry (Hank) Van Dyk. Loving mother to Kim, Karen, Christine, Robin, Laurie, Cheryl, and Brenda. She will be sadly missed by her 11 grandsons, 2 granddaughters, many great-grandchildren, her brother, Charles (Joan) Smith, sister Donna (Jim) Walker, and extended family. Predeceased by brothers Willis, Leland (Pete), and Don. Lorraine went peacefully with her family by her side and at her request there will be no services. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Anyone wishing to make donations can make them to the Lung Society
