Stefan Takač
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Stefan Takač, 90, on May 7, 2025.
Stefan was born on Ocotober, 25, 1934 in Osijek, Croatia. He is survived by his daughter,Tanya, grandchildren, Sonja and Nina, and predeceased by Marija, his wife, and Slavica and Anica, his sisters.
Stefan was a man of unparallel integrity, extremely loving, kind, caring and a great source of wisdom. He was deeply loved by his family and respected by all who knew him.
He was an electrician by trade and brilliant in designing, inventing and assembling specialized devices and machinery equipment, from simple tools to complex systems, used to perform tasks that involved physical movement and energy transfer, that play a crucial role in the manufacturing process.
Our family will miss Stefan immensely and his memory will live on in the hearts of all those who knew and loved him.
A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 11:00 am at Holy Trinity Croatian Catholic Church, 2110 Trafalgar Road, Oakville.
A private family interment of ashes will be held at a later date.
