It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Sandra surrounded by her loving family at the Stedman Community Hospice on November 14th, 2019, in her 76th year. Sandra is survived by her beloved husband, Leo of 54 years. Loving sister to Patricia Silva. Loving Mother of Lori (Bill) and Sherri (John). Treasured Nana to Tamara, Ashley, Tanner, Emily and her step grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Janet Garabedian. Special thanks to Dr. Hsaio, the Dialysis and Transplant team, BGH ICU team and special thanks to the Stedman Hospice. Cremation has taken place. We welcome all to join in a Celebration of Life in honour of Sandra’s memory on Saturday November 30, 2019, from 1-4 p.m. at the Brantford Air Force Club, 144 Grey St.

I am going to miss my friend of over 50 years! We met in 1967 at the bank at 50 Dalhousie St which is no longer a bank! Over the years we stayed in touch & worked together again for many years. Lately Sandy , Sharon, Ruthie & I have been having monthly dinners together.
To your family Sandy I’m so sorry for your loss! You were one in a million, a true friend!

My deepest condolences to Sandy’s beautiful family, Leo, Lori, Sherri and all her wonderful grand-children. May God’s Blessings be upon all of you during this difficult time. Remember to greet each other with a smile just as Sandy did with everyone. This is how I remember Sandy, she would always greet you with an embracing smile no matter if she saw you today or years ago. Thank you Sandy for this sweet memory
