ROWE, Dorothy Alice “Dot” (nee Kendall) – Born August 23, 1932, passed June 22, 2017, in her 85th year. It is with very heavy hearts that the family announces the sudden passing of Dot at home surrounded by her family. She is predeceased by her parents Emma and Lewis Kendall, her sisters Bessie Ayers, Dinah Whittle and her brother Gilbert, also predeceased by her husband Robert and beloved sons Robert and Brian. Dot is survived by her brother Les (Pauline), sisters Mae Huelin and Sue (Richard) Belyea. Dot leaves behind her beloved partner of 30 years David Massicotte of Burford, sons Rick (Celine), Barry (Heather) and daughter Wendy Campbell (Rob). Dot has 4 grandchildren Nick, Alex, Chelsey and Brian, as well as 1 great-grandson Archer. She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews. Dot worked at Harding Carpets for many years and most recently owned and operated with Dave, Tappers Grillhouse in Burford. She loved life, her children, trips to the casino and cards. A Celebration of her Life will be held at the Branch 90 Legion, Oak St., Brantford on Sunday, July 9th, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of your choice would be appreciated.
