Rose Kennedy January 30/1922 – December 22/2021
Surrounded by the love and support of her family, Rose Kennedy finished this part of her journey on Wednesday December 22, 2021.
Rose was in her 100th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband of 67 years, Lawrence (Sam) Kennedy (2010).
Devoted and loving mother of Marlin (Ric), Melvin (Judy), Craig (Cyndi), Toni (Len).
Cherished grandmother to Jennifer Foster (Chris), Kandice VanSickle (Peter), Brent Usher (Tracey), Kara Adair (David), Judith Kennedy (Steve), Stephanie Pickering (David), Kyleigh Kennedy-McFarlane (Sam), Lenny Ellins Jr. (Stacey), Megan Wheeler (Cody). Treasured great grandmother to 16 great grandchildren.
Predeceased by her sisters Helen, Ann, Fran and brothers Andrew, Bill and Bob.
The family wishes to thank the Home and Community Care Support Services HNHBrant-LHIN, Bayshore Health Care PSWs, CBI Nurses and Community Palliative Outreach Team, Dr. Singh, Dr. Norris and their staff, as well as Amber Lea Place Retirement Home nurses, PSWs and support staff who went above and beyond to make our mother’s stay as safe, loving and comfortable as possible.
In accordance with Rose’s wishes Cremation has taken place, and a private Family Interment will follow at Farringdon Cemetery in the Spring.

How fortunate is our family having been blessed with such a beautiful soul. These photos (some at 99 years of age!) were taken during our wonderful visits with Mom/Gramma/Great-Gramma Rose.
Thankyou for the memories. We shall treasure them forever.
