PHIPPS, Rosalie Georgina Mae (Watts) – Surrounded by the love of her family, Rose passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital Saturday June 23, 2018 in her 67th year. She will be sadly missed by her husband of 48 years William (Bill) her 2 sons Terry (Michelle), Mike (Tina), her siblings, grandchildren, and friends. Special thanks to her sister and best friend Geraldine for all your love and support and care of our mother. Friends and family will received at a Celebration of Life to be held for Rose at the Paris Legion Branch 29 on Friday June 29th from 6 – 9 pm and Friday July 13th from 8 – 11 pm at The Grand Bayou in Paris.
