It is with heavy hearts we share the news of the sudden passing of Michael Vincent O’Neill, aged 74 years, on Saturday April 30, 2022. Loving Husband to Jeanne. Devoted Dad to Annie, Sharlene, Michelle (Dennis), Dion, Leanne (Shane) and Colleen. Caring Grandpa to Amanda, Mikey, Sarah Anne, Sarah (Rich), Bella, Lily (Ryan), Melia, Max, Sadie, Daisy, Shane, Jolene, Jack and Grayson (2021). Soft-hearted Great- Grandpa to Owen, Grayce, Kynlee, Kadynce, Rowen, Amairha, Mavrick, Zaylee, Luna and Silas. Brother to John (Ellen), Jim, Bill (Gisele), Mary (Ron), Kathy and Rob (Lynne). Brother-in-law to Marie McCormack (Ken 1990). Predeceased by Mother, Veronica, Father, Robert “Jack”, Sue and Stella.
Mike was an educator at George Brown College for many years and like his father, an accomplished Mason. He took so much pride in his work, friends and family, and was a dear friend, mentor and father figure for so many. Visitation will be held at Sydenham United Church ,120 Sydenham St, Brantford on Friday May 6 From 2 pm- 4 pm and 6 pm – 8 pm. Funeral Mass Will be celebrated on Saturday May 7 at St Basil Church, 50 Palace St at 11 am. Reception to follow at Polish Hall – 154 Pearl St. Cremation to follow

Words cannot express our sadness at Mike’s passing. We have enjoyed the friendship of the entire O’Neill Clan for over 40 years and shared many good times. Mike was always there to help in times of need.
