It is with great sadness the family of Richard John Moulton announce his passing on November 1, 2011. After a lengthy  illness Rick passed away with his three daughters Daphne, Stacey and Mandy by his side.At Ricks request Cremation has taken place. A  celebration of life to take place at a later date.Rick will be sadly missed by his many  friends and family. We would like to thank Dr. Sommerton and the members of the CCA team and friends that supported, encouraged and cared for Rick during his illness.
