LITCHFIELD, Camelia Mary (nee Janiec) – Peacefully at Hardy Terrace in her 94th year, on Tuesday May 17, 2016. Beloved mother of Linda Hammer (James), Joan Carter, Sandra Blue (Barry), Maurice (Sharron), Brenda Ford (John), predeceased by her son Wesley and daughter-in-law Jane, son-in-law Jack, granddaughters Krissy Carter and Sheri Blue. Loving sister of Val Brook and Len Janiec, Jim Gilbert and Dan Stewart. Predeceased by brother Walter and his wife Helen, sisters Stella Opychany, Sondra Gilbert and Francis Stewart. Grandmother of Sandi, Teri, Ryan, Douglas, Laura, Jeremy and Christopher. Great Grandmother of 9. Camelia enjoyed cards, scrabble, was an avid reader, music lover and loved scratching tickets at the mall. Our mother showed us by example that goodness can be found in everyone and we hope that some of her kindness lives on in each of us. Cremation has taken place and internment will take place at a later date with family at Farrington in Brantford. The family would like to thank the staff of Hardy Terrace and Mrs. B for their care and compassion provided. In lieu of flowers Mommy would like donations made to the Salvation Army or the Humane Society.
