Laura Agnes Kitchen

Laura Agnes Kitchen (Zombeck) passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday January 25th at Park Lane Terrace in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Ross Kitchen (1999). Devoted mother of Wally (Carolyn), Dani (Lynn), Lois, and Fern. Daughter of the late Walter and Belma Zombeck. Predeceased by her siblings Freda, Eddie, Mitch, and Lottie. She is remembered by her sister Helen Telfer (Don) (4-5-6) and Bernice Tucker (Norm). Dearly loved by her 6 grandchildren Brittany, Rob, Cody, Joel, Desi, and Carrie-Ann, as well as her great and great-great grandchildren. Laura was known for her love of baking and crocheting, and she always took pride in her Gladiolas that were grown in her garden. Cremation has taken place. The family would like to thank the staff at Park Lane Terrace and Dr. Hanley for the care and compassion shown towards Laura. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Brant County SPCA would be gratefully appreciated. “One day at a time.”
