LASKOWSKI, Richard –
It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected death of Richard on Sunday, November 3rd, 2024, at Toronto General Hospital at the age of 58. Predeceased by his loving parents Adam and Kazimiera (nee Ruta), brother Andy and sister Mary Ann. Beloved brother to Christopher (Julie), Adam (Lynn), Edward (Denise – deceased), Teresa (Wayne). Loving Uncle of Melissa, Melanie, Adam, Krystina, Matthew, Anthony, Eddie, Johnny, Nick, Joshua, Tom, Mitchell and Dylan. Proud Great Uncle of Madison, Katelynn, Nathan, Dean, Luke, Ethan and Sophie. Ricky will be sadly missed by his family in Poland and United States as well as his friends and co-workers at UHN. Friends may call at St. John’s Dixie Cemetery & Crematorium, 737 Dundas Street East, Mississauga, Ontario on Tuesday November 12th, from 4:30-8:00 pm with Rosary prayers at 6:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 13th at 11:30 am at St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish, 12 Denison Avenue, Toronto.

My Deepest Condolences to the Laskowski Family at this Difficult time.
Richard was a co-worker of mine and this was difficult news to hear. I’ll miss his positive words of affirmations each morning when I come into work. He always left us tangerines for treats in our office reminding us to always have something small to eat. He was a good hearted person may he rest in peace and will be truly missed.
